How to use

  • Get 180ml of cold water
  • Add 2 level scoops of powder to the water (scoop in tub)
  • Shake well for approximately 20 seconds

Great price

Bought two keto shakes as part of a low carb diet. Mocha flavour is ok, but it does have that not-sugar metallic aftertaste. Price was excellent, bought two inc postage for less than cost of one normally! Would love to see a bigger range of keto foods please.
