You will need. 2 tbs oil. 450g (1lb) stewing steak, cubed. 1 large onion, chopped. 2 carrots, peeled and sliced. 1 packet Schwartz Beef Casserole Recipe Mix. 300ml (1/2 pint) water.
Cooking Instructions - 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. 2. Heat the oil and fry the steak, onion and carrots for 3-4 minutes in a frying pan. Transfer to a casserole dish. 3. Blend the packet contents into the water and add to the casserole dish. Cover and cook for 2 hours or until the meat is tender. 4. Serve with creamy mashed potato and green vegetables.

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. 2. Heat the oil, brown the beef, onion and carrots for 5 minutes, until golden. Drain excess liquid and transfer to a casserole dish. 3. Mix the sachet contents with the water and stir in. Cover and cook in the oven for 2 hours, until the meat is tender and mouth-watering.
