Cooking Instructions

All cooking appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Microwave From Ambient Based on a 750/800W (Category D) oven. Adjust cooking time in accordance with microwave wattage. Empty the contents of this packet into a 1.5-2 litre microwaveable bowl. Add 120ml of semi-skimmed milk, 280ml of boiling water and up to 15g of butter or margarine (optional). Stir and cover loosely. Microwave on full power for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Stir again and leave to stand, covered for 3-4 minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
