Pulses are one of the best source of carbohydrates; they have a low glycaemic index, preserve a high level of vitamins B and contain a good percentage of proteins. They are manufactured from a high selection of dry legumes/pulses. After being staked in water for 12/16 hours, the beans are lightly scalded at 75°c, filling in tins with added water & salt.
PATHOS pulses are produced in Italy & can be used as basic ingredients for the preparation of soups or other dishes.
