Our mouth-watering Dhansak Sauce is a wonderful blend of lentils, tomatoes and tamarind with a hint of cumin and coriander to create a delicious tangy sauce. A feast for the senses every time. Natural separation may occur, shake jar before use. Hot to Cook a Delicious Yet Easy Chicken Dhansak - Serves 4: 1. Stir fry 2-3 diced chicken breasts, 1 sliced carrot, & 1/4 of a small diced aubergine in a little oil. Fry until the meat is sealed (3-5 mins). 2. Add the sauce and simmer until the meat is cooked (15-20 mins). Enjoy with rice and savour those last mouthfuls with our delicious pappadums and naan breads.
