This African coffee includes Gorongosa Green, grown by local farmers in the heart of Gorongosa National Park. Specialty roasters have expertly crafted this 100% Arabica blend which is well-rounded and aromatic with notes of praline.

Get the Best from Your Coffee. Grind the coffee just before you brew. Grind finer for espresso. Grind medium to coarse for filter or cafetiere. Add water straight off the boil. Brew for 4-5 minutes for cafetiere.

The coffee beans were ground in the Niche Zero grinder on number 17 -1/2 for anyone interested. No problem with the grind nor extraction time of 30 seconds for 18g of ground beans one thing was the weak cremma the taste is dark and is to be expected, acidity was higher than I like it and not one I could have has an espresso, cappuccino yes, I have several beans on the rotation at the moment and these will get used but not replaced.. nuff said
