Just add
500g lean beef mince
1 onion finely chopped
Lettuce mix
150g grated cheese
Classic Burritos
1 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the onion until soft. Sizzle and stir the beef over high heat for about 4 minutes. Add the cooking sauce and 4 tablespoons of water. Bring to the boil, simmer until the sauce thickens and smells yummy.
2 Heat the tortillas Microwave: Pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on full power (800 watts). Open the pack and separate tortillas. Pan: Heat a pan and toast tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides. Wrap in a tea towel to steam.
3 Load tortillas with lettuce, spicy beef, cheese and saucy salsa. Simply roll and enjoy!

Add a twist to your burritos by adding 2 cups of cooked rice tossed with coriander
