Mars bar sharing bag minis

WHY IS IT THAT WHEN YOU SEND ME A MESSAGE I ONLY RECEIVE IT WHEN MY GOODS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED,AND NOT THE 7 DAYS WAITING TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER IS.THE COURIER DOES NOT MESSAGE ME TO INFORM ME OF MY DELIVERY DATE AND DOES NOT KNOCK. IAM IN ALL DAY AS I AM DISABLED WAITING FOR A MESSAGE FROM YOU ABOUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY GOODS, TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED TWO EMAILS FROM YOU PROMOTING NEW STOCK,SO EVERYTHING IS WORKING OK OR IS IT.
