1). Brown 250g of lean beef mince in a saucepan until juices run clear. Add the Loyd Grossman Tomato Sauce for Lasagne and allow to simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2). Place half the tomato sauce mixture into the base of your oven-proof dish and cover with a layer of pasta sheets. Add a layer of the Loyd Grossman Creamy White Sauce for Lasagne (just under half the pouch). Add the remaining tomato sauce mixture and another layer of pasta sheets. Spread the rest of the white sauce evenly on top and sprinkle with 30g of grated Cheddar cheese.
3). Place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6/Fan 180°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Serves 3
