Shopping list: 450g chicken breast mini fillets, 2 tablespoons oil
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: In a bowl, mix the chicken with 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the seasoning mix and stir well.
Step 2: Over a medium heat, fry for 8-10 minutes in a non stick frying pan, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 3: Enjoy with baby new potatoes & seasonal vegetables, or delicious with a salad.
