⨁ Cooking Instructions
You Will Need:
50ml (3 tbsp) Vegetable oil
55ml (4 tbsp) Semi-skimmed milk
1 Large baking tray
Wooden spoon
Ready in 3 easy steps:
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
2 Pour the cookie mix into a mixing bowl, add the oil and milk. Stir with a spoon until combined, the dough should be quite stiff but hold together easily - if not add a little more milk.
3 Roll into ten 35g balls and place on the baking tray leaving space for them to spread, flatten slightly and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
