All you need is: 30ml vegetable oil (2 tbsp) 30ml water (2 tbsp) 1 medium egg Prep time 10 mins Baking time 18-22 mins 20x20 square tin 3 simple steps! Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C) for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4. Grease tin and preferably line base with baking paper. 1. Mix the egg, water, oil and brownie mix together with a large spoon or wire whisk until mix is smooth. 2. Pour into the square tin. 3. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted 5cm from the edge of the tin comes out almost clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from tin.
