You will need: 1 tablespoon (15ml) water + 60g (1/4 cup) butter, softened
Baking pan: Baking tray, lined with baking paper
Prep time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 10-12 minutes
3 simple steps!
Preheat oven to 160°C fan assisted or conventional oven (or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/ Gas mark 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
1. Stir cookie mix, butter and water in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until just combined. Use your hands to fully mix to form a soft dough. Do not eat unbaked dough.
2. Measure 12 tablespoons of cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto lined baking tray, spacing about 5cm apart.
3. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes (or leave in a couple of minutes longer for extra crunch). The cookies will be soft and fragile straight out of the oven. Cool on tray for 10 minutes, then gently remove from tray onto a wire rack to cool completely.
