All you need
80ml Milk
1 Egg
Regular muffin tin with 6 muffin cases

3 simple steps:
Preheat oven to 200 °C (180 C )/Gas Mark 6. Grease 6 muffin cups from the muffin tin and preferably line with mullin cases.
1. Mix the muffin mix, milk and egg in medium bowl, until will blended( batter may be lump).
2. SPOON the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
3. BAKE in the centre of the oven for 17-21 minutes, until the sponge is springy to touch and/or a rounded knife comes out clean. Leave to cool and then remove from tin.
