A Quick & Easy Meal In A Packet

Whenever I'm short of time these bags from Uncle Ben's make a quick & tasty meal. You can microwave them in a few minutes or cook in a saucepan with a some onion, peppers, or anything else you fancy throwing in. I add some hot sauce & serve with rice or a baked potato. A great alternative to meat based dishes.
