Thai Sweet Chilli Stir Fry Sauce: 2x e 120g-101ml, Medium Straight to Wok Noodles: 3x e 150g, Reduced Salt Soy Sauce 2x e 15g-13ml Preparation and Usage Thai Sweet Chilli Stir Fry Kit. 2 Amoy thai sweet chilli stir fry sauce. Amoy medium noodles (450g). 2 Amoy Reduced Salt Soy Sauce sachets. JUST ADD. 30ml / 2 tbsp Oil. 450g chicken, diced. 2 large peppers, sliced. 200g baby corn. Optional serving suggestion: Add lime, peanuts or prawn crackers. How to cook: 1 Heat the oil in the frying pan until very hot and add chicken. Stir fry chicken pieces until browned. 2 Add baby corn and peppers and stir fry until softened but still crunchy and the chicken is cooked through. 3 Add the stir fry sauce and then the noodles and stir fry until piping hot. 4 Add soy sauce for sweetness and richness.
