Chow Mein Stir Fry Kit.
Reduced Salt Soy Sauce* sachets. * 25% less salt than Amoy Dark Soy Sauce.
Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce: 2 x e 120g-109ml
Medium Straight to Wok Noodles: 3 x e 150g
Reduced Salt Soy Sauce 2 x e 15g-13ml
2x Amoy chow mein stir fry sauce.
Amoy Medium Noodles (450g).
2x Amoy Reduced Salt Soy Sauce sachets.
JUST ADD. 30ml / 2TBSP Oil.
450g chicken or 2 chicken breast, diced.
1 x red pepper, sliced 300g, mange tout. 250g mushrooms, sliced.
Optional serving suggestion: Add spring onions or prawn crackers.
How to cook:
1 Heat the oil in the frying pan until very hot and add chicken. Stir fry chicken pieces until browned.
2 Add the pepper, mange tout and mushrooms and stir fry until softened but still crunchy and the chicken is cooked through.
3 Add the stir fry sauce and heat, then add noodles and stir fry until piping hot.
4 Add soy sauce for sweetness and richness. Reduced Salt Soy Sauce.
