500g Chicken breast cut into strips or 2 red peppers & 1 can of chickpeas
1 lettuce
2 salad tomatoes
Aromatic Shish Kebab Wraps
1 Coat the chicken or pepper strips and chickpeas in the Al'Fez Shish Kebab Paste and bake in the oven at 200°C for 12 mins or until cooked through.
To Pan Fry (recommended for vegetables): Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the marinated chicken or pepper strips and chickpeas and fry for 8-10 mins, or until cooked through.
2 Warm the wraps in a dry frying pan on both sides for 5-10 secs, or heat them in the microwave for 10-15 secs (remove packaging first).
3 Layer up your wraps with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and chicken or peppers and chickpeas, drizzle over the Garlic and Herb Dressing wrap and enjoy.
Tip: For a fresher flavour, squeeze over a drop of lemon juice.
