Yummy and useful

Super quick for a special teatime snack. If you can stop my grandchildren from sliding one into their lunchboxes for school lunches. Yum better for everyone as 30% less sugar, especially as I am a diabetic. It helps for me to get my sugar levels down. I do use sweetners in my cakes. But I have not always got the time to bake.
