There are 183 calories per 45g Apple Cinnamon LÄRABAR™. Our Apple Cinnamon bars only contain five simple ingredients: dates, almonds, dried apples, raisins and cinnamon. All our products are gluten free with no added flavours and no added sugars. Our Apple Cinnamon LÄRABAR™ contains 19g of naturally occurring sugars per bar.
