Tastes like a healthy snack!

I like to have a snack before lunch with a coffee or by itself and feel that these are a good substitute for a regular chocolate bar/cake/cookie. They contain honey, almond and seeds and help curb that sugar/snack craving to keep me going until lunch. I even feel that they're a sufficient enough snack for pre/post-workout.
