Tastes of soap.

I always buy MS scratchings as they are my favourite but in this case the sell by date is obviously there for very good reason. All packets when opened had a rancid smell and the scratchings themselves tasted of soap. Really sickly and unpleasant. Do yourselves a favour and skip these ones.
