How to cook your Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce:
Stir fry your favourite meat or vegetables in 1 tablespoon of hot oil (not smoking). Sear the vegetables or meat in the oil. Pour in the Asia Specialities Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce, reduce the heat to medium and stir fry for 1 to 2 mins. Can be served with cooked noodles or rice for a tasty Chinese meal.
